Jessica is a senior regulatory compliance specialist. She has a diverse background across superannuation, covering operations and administration, project and change management, risk and compliance functions and business analysis. Her experience spans superannuation trustees, administrators and software providers across Australia.
Jessica brings this extensive knowledge and experience of regulatory change management for superannuation fund trustees. She is experienced in providing clients with an understanding of the operational impacts these changes may have across all areas of the institution and related parties.
Jessica specialises in a range of operational and regulatory requirements, with a specific expertise in dispute resolution, incident management, project management and assurance across large remediation programs, lost member and unclaimed money obligations, employer contribution data requirements and communication and disclosure obligations for superannuation trustees.
Jessica has several qualifications including a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Melbourne Business School and is currently studying a Juris Doctor (JD).
